MEDIUM RARE is a production company directed by visual artists Chelsea Knight and David Kelley. We collaborate exclusively with other artists to realize ambitious media projects. We specialize in developing projects from conception to exhibition, including cinematography, installation design, editing, sound and color. We tailor our support to each artist, to ensure that complex visions translate into comprehensive presentations in national and international venues. We treat collaboration as a creative process—helping artists develop and stage their work at new scales and in unique contexts.
